Beer jobs — Merc’s Bier Cafe, Mornington VIC

We are looking for a head chef and a sous chef to work with us in opening our venue in August.

The head chef will be experienced in running a busy kitchen, in costing and budgeting food items, ingredients, menus, waste management and all aspects of ordering and staffing in the kitchen for the on going running of the food side of the business.

As we have an open kitchen communication skills are vitally important between the staff and the customers. Strong enthusiasm, integrity, great work ethic, a postive attitude and a happy demeanor are essential as we have the opportunity to create a really unique, dynamic and wonderful food and beverage business in Mornington.
