We’ve had way too much fun feting our good friends from Schlafly Brewing over the last few years, and cannot wait to do so again when we host the Schlafly 23rd Anniversary shindig next Thursday, December 11th 2014 at 6 pm!
Dan Kopman, cofounder of Schlafly, will be in the house as we celebrate the very first St. Louis craft brewery–established in 1990–by pouring no fewer than 23 amazing ales and lagers on draft.
And what a list it is…we are debuting a number of Schlafly rarities on tap, including Schlafly Hard Apple Cider, Schlafly Old Ale (on Draft & on Cask), Schlafly Hop Trial – Palisade, Schlafly Chestnut Mild (on Draft & on Cask) and Schlafly Apple Pie Cider! These will be joined by the likes of fresh 2014 Schlafly Hop Harvest and Schlafly Christmas Ale, the beautiful Schlafly Tasmanian IPA and the always-alluring Schlafly Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout.
