Founders finally finds their way to New Mexico

Rejoice, craft beer lovers of New Mexico, one of the national heavyweights in the industry is at long last coming to our humble little state. Founders Brewing Co. of Grand Rapids, Michigan, will begin distributing to New Mexico this October via Premier Distributing. The news leaked out a couple weeks ago, though we were politely asked to remain mum until Founders made it official. Well, it is, and the Crew is dancing a proper jig in response.

“We’re thrilled to work with Premier Beverage to offer Founders for the first time in New Mexico,” Founders co-founder and CEO Mike Stevens said in a press release. “The addition of new markets is always exciting, and New Mexico affords us a great opportunity to reach a new audience of beer enthusiasts.”

This was also included in the email: Founders plans to include all of its year-round and seasonal ales in bottles, cans (as applicable) and kegs in the first shipments to these markets.
