Say Hello to the “New” Ignite Kitchen + Cocktails

Ignite Kitchen + Cocktails (2124 Larimer St., Denver) got a makeover! Ignite, which has been in the Ballpark neighborhood for five years, recently decided to update its look as well as its food and drink menu. I stopped in for a sneak peek this week and got to check out the transformation. For those adverse to change, no need to worry: Ignite still offers plenty of burgers as well as its famous Man Candy! Man Candy, Ignite’s sugared bacon, has been a longtime favorite of its customers, who will be pleased to find that this tasty snack hasn’t gone anywhere.

The updated food menu contains several wood-fired entrees including creole-seasoned Ruby Red Trout, served with patatas bravas, herb butter and vegetables; Wood-Roasted Steak with bacon and blue cheese creamed Brussels sprouts, red wine sauce and herb butter; and Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf, served with rosemary potatoes and fresh vegetables.
