Join Charlie Palmer Steak House on the rooftop of 101 Constitution Avenue NW (a site notable for its excellent views) on Thursday, June 4 as they celebrate all things grown and made in the Washington, DC area with Red, White + Brew, the first event of Charlie Palmer’s new American Fare event series. Guests will enjoy craft beers from four DC area breweries:
Beers will be paired with specialty menu items from Chef Jeff Russell’s Jeff-to-Table menu. Jeff-to-Table is Chef Russell’s signature menu that he launched in 2014, featuring farm-to-table fare with ingredients from his Community Garden, just a few miles away from the restaurant. Chef Russell is working with each brewer to create menu offerings that will highlight the flavor profiles in each featured beer. A portion from each ticket sold will benefit the Brain Food.
