Black in color with a tan head. A roasty and chocolate aroma. Flavor is roasty and chocolate with some coffee notes. Moderate carbonation with a good mouth-feel and bitter after-taste. |

We took the traditional light in body, easy-drinking Schwarzbier and gave it the much larger presence it deserves. Along with its’ twenty-six pounds of hops, we carefully selected fourteen different types of malt to give it balance. |
