Bonneville Brewery is seeking a driven, passionate individual to join its production team. The position is for an assistant brewer. Bonneville Brewery is located in Tooele, Utah, about a 30-minute drive from Salt Lake City. Local residence a plus.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, clean and willing to work under a variety of conditions. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, flexible schedule and a passion for producing high-quality product.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Keg cleaning/filling
Packaging on a Meheen bottling line
Operate a forklift (We’ll teach you if you never have)
Draught line cleaning at multiple locations
Beer delivery/retrieval of empty cooperage
Cleaning of fermentation and storage vessels
