In this role the successful applicants will be expected to undertake shift work with minimal supervision. Working as part of a committed, results focused team of Brewers making high quality beers. We are looking for energetic self-starters who enjoy working within a team environment and are passionate about what they do.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Passion for craft beer and a commitment to excellence
• Experience in Machine Operation in a FMCG manufacturing environment (Experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred)
• Must have desire to develop themselves and advance in the brewing industry
• Demonstrated team player
• Proven problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Ability to work rotating shifts including some night and min
