Seeking: Master Distiller Young Henrys is looking for a Master Distiller to join their team, which is making some of the country’s best craft beer and cider. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new business arm of an established but fast growing, innovative, and dynamic company. The role is based in Newtown, NSW, Australia. Young Henrys is in the process of developing a unique spirits range having carried out extensive product development and market testing of their Gin and Moonshine products. The successful candidate will be empowered to feed into this process and work with the company’s leadership group to build upon and extend this range. A brand new 2000L, 20 plate column still with 2 Gin Baskets is licensed, installed and will be ready to use in January 2015.
