Brewer Required – Part Time Role Inner City Melbourne

A Melbourne-based brewery is seeking a part-time assistant brewer (approx. 2.5 days/week). We are looking for someone who has a real passion for beer and good knowledge of craft brewing. They will assist in the production of existing recipes and help to refine the production process and meet brewing schedule expectations.

You will be working with a new brewery in inner city Melbourne and will need to be able to work autonomously whilst upholding the strict quality control expectations and ensure quality production techniques are maintained along with repeatability and consistency in our process.

The successful applicant will have strong experience in a brewing and/or assistant brewing role. A tertiary brewing qualification or a food science background is preferable, however experience and knowledge is viewed with equal importance. OHS training is also desired.
