 From a press release: Washington, DC – August 29, 2017 – The rain hasn’t stopped falling over southeast Texas, but relief efforts are already well on the way from every corner of the country. It’s obvious from the horrific images of devastation all across Houston and the Gulf Coast, this storm will require help from all of us. While no amount of money is enough to replace lost loved ones or repair the mental and emotional damage left in Hurricane Harvey’s wake, any amount of money is enough to begin to help rebuild. This Saturday, September 2nd, members of DC’s food and beverage community are banding together for a city-wide fundraiser in support of the American Red Cross’ relief efforts.
