Flying Bison set for grand opening of brewery Saturday in Larkinville Buffalo News The new location has a 20 percent greater fermenting capacity than the brewery had at its former Black Rock location on Ontario Street. The Larkinville facility also has bigger, faster bottling machines that are able to bottle more beer more efficiently.
