Head brewer — Full time position, SA

Pikes Beer is a 100% family owned company with its origins dating back to 1886 and has more recently been marketed since 1996, the production of which has been fully outsourced. We are excited to be constructing a 20HL brew house and packaging line at our Pikes Polish Hill River Estate in the Clare Valley, South Australia which will be commissioned in late 2014. We have solid plans to grow the brand in both volume and product range through existing national distribution and by increasing direct sales through multi channel marketing.

We are seeking an experienced, professionally qualified Brewer to head up our brewery project, play a key role in sales & marketing and PR and develop a small team. We would like you to commence no later than 1^st November 2014 so that you can be integrally involved with the installation and commissioning of the new brewery.
