Jester King Pairing Event at The Black Squirrel

Jester King, the royal brewing company of funky farmhouse ales from Austin, Texas, will be in The Black Squirrel building this Friday (February 26th), starting at 5 p.m.
 
Exclusive bottle pours from five Jester King selections will be available to pair with three food combinations: a cheese and pate pairing, a braised meat pairing, and a tart citrus dessert pairing. 

The beverage lineup includes: Jester King Provenance Tangerine and Clementine, Provenance Lemon and Lime, Mad Meg Farmhouse Provision Ale, 2015 Hibernal Dichotomous, and 2015 Vernal Dichotomous. 
 
Beer and food will be available a la carte. 
 
Quantities are limited — and we mean limited — because our director of bootlegging operations was restricted to stuffing as many bottles as possible in a suitcase and storing it in an overhead bin before making certain the tray table and seat were in their secure and upright positions.

Don’t dilly-dally Friday, only to hear: “The King has left the building.”
