We took this picture of Marble’s massive downtown expansion in late October; it has progressed much further since. If anyone out there thinks that 2015 was a massive year for Marble, just wait, because 2016 could be massive. For this next entry in our Look Back/Look Ahead Series for 2015-16 (following La Cumbre, Bosque, Tractor, and Distillery 365), I sat down with Marble owner Ted Rice, head brewer Josh Trujillo, beer ambassador Tony Calder, and marketing and events coordinator Elyse Cushman this past Friday. Basically, this was one of those interviews where I did not have to ask many questions; instead, I just let Ted tell the story of what was and what will be for Marble. “What did we do?
