Chatham: October Meeting – Cider is happening at Twin Elephant Brewing Company Richard from MASH said on Tuesday, October 15 from 07:30 pm to 10:00 pm Join MASH this month at Twin Elephant to learn about making hard cider and the ins and outs of blending with various acids and tannins. MASH is organizing a bulk cider purchase for members which will be distributed at this meeting. Motown Mash registration is live so be sure to register your entries and volunteer to judge and steward. motownmash.brewcompetiton.com Don’t forget that MASH members are welcome to drop off beer to be anonymously evaluated by one of our very own BJCP judges. Simply register at onlinebeerscores.com and bring your numbered bottle. As always, meetings are open to all but please note this does not mean Twin Elephant is open to all.
