Hackensack: NamaStay for the Beer is happening at The Alementary

A new month means a new yoga class is headed your way! Please come join me on your mat. This is the first of *two* classes this month at The Alementary.

We’ll flow, stretch, twist, and laugh our way through an hour vinyasa class. Class is appropriate for all levels and abilities. Modifications and adjustments are provided. After class, stay and enjoy a pint of beer! Bring snacks or lunch and relax with your friends, old and new.

Don’t forget to bring your mat and water!

When: Sunday, June 4. Doors open at 10:30am, Yoga starts at 11, beer starts at 12.
Where: Alementary Brewery, 58 Voorhis Lane, Hackensack, NJ 07601
Cost: $20 for the class and pint afterwards. Cash only please.
