Hopkins – Rye Pilsner: This pilsner has a light malty profile with a hint of spicy zest from the rye, a touch of bitterness and hop profile from Saaz hops, and a clean, crisp finish. Featuring locally grown and malted pilsner and flaked rye from Solstice Malt. 5.0% – Only at Hopkins. Level Crossing – White Salamander: This fruited Hazy Double IPA is dosed with Cara Cara Orange, Passion Fruit and Guava with a hop bill that features Lotus, Zappa and Bru-1. Passion fruit hits off the top with the mango coming in next. Malt profile is nice but mostly hidden behind the fruit. Orange juice rounds it out with a good dose of bitterness for balance.
