Hopkins – Sugar House Pilsner: Bready and slightly grainy taste that is mixed with a little bit of a sweet harvest and stone fruit tastes with a little bit of caramel. As the taste advances more, grassy and herbal hops hit the tongue with a little bit of a floral hop coming in as well. Smooth and crisp; it leaves a zip of bitterness in the finish. 4.0%. Hopkins – Guava Goddess: I’m guessing this is golden ale? It has a clean malt base and it has some citrus, melon and grassy hops. The guava emerges next and it works pretty well with the hops; creating a nice, but subtle fruitiness. 4.0%. Available at Hopkins

Red Rock – Bier De Mars:  The aroma is a mix of Belgian yeast esters, candi sugar, clove, caramelized malts, with a touch of bread and citrus.
