Eric and Lauren Salazar will teach attendees the art of blending sour beers Ft. Collins, Colo., February 22, 2016 – Have you always wanted to try and blend your own sour beer? Now is your chance! New Belgium Brewing’s wood cellar team – sensory specialist and blender Lauren Salazar (recently named Imbibe Magazine’s ‘Beer Person of the Year’) and Cellar Meister Eric Salazar (of New Belgium’s Eric’s Ale fame), will host a Sour Symposium on Thursday, March 10 at Warehouse Grille in New Orleans.
