New Belgium Brewing’s wood cellar team – sensory specialist and blender Lauren Salazar (recently named Imbibe Magazine’s ‘Beer Person of the Year’) and Cellar Meister Eric Salazar (of New Belgium’s Eric’s Ale fame), will host a Sour Symposium on Thursday, March 10 at Warehouse Grille in New Orleans.
