The garage series is a new (but actually old) thing here at Monday Night Brewing. To commemorate our humble beginnings in the garage with a new batch of beer to drink each week we invested in a pretty sweet 5 bbl pilot system – so that we can keep our creative juices constantly flowing. We hope to release a new beer in our tasting room every week or two and as we create them you’ll learn more about them here on our blog. Today we launch Pump ‘n Dump – an imperial milk stout on nitro. This one won’t last long and if you’d like to learn more watch the video below.
