Taste: Malt-forward with plenty of bread-like flavors. It finishes fairly strong, dry and bitter.

This cask conditioned collaborative brew certainly matches its name with plenty of traditional English ale flavor and delivers on being bready, yet slightly sweet. Served at cask-appropriate temperatures, this is a great limited addition to the New Holland portfolio.
