Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; similar fields of study may be considered
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Must be very organized and a team player
• Must be highly energetic and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional integrity and ability to exercise a high-degree of discretion with sensitive data
• High level of attention to detail

• Perform all HR functions for the company: On-boarding & off-boarding; benefits administration and tracking employee eligibility; time card reporting and obtaining supervisory approvals; Vacation and PTO tracking
