Now Hiring a Packaging Manager

Monday Night Brewing (Atlanta, GA) is seeking a full-time Packaging Manager to run kegging, bottling and canning operations. Start date is immediate. This person will be responsible for directly managing the packaging team (shift managers and part-time help) as well as ensuring maximum uptime and quality for the millions of kegs, cans, and bottles that are produced at the brewery.

Qualifications:

• Must have strong interpersonal management skills and experience managing a team
• Must be an initiative taker with a constant desire for improving process
• Safety-mindedness is of the utmost importance (lifting, chemicals, hot liquids and hardware, inhalation hazards, noise)
• Willingness and ability to step in wherever needed
• Forklift experience (or desire to learn)
• Good mechanical skills (understanding of motors, fluid dynamics, pressures and general machinery)
