Ocelot Talking Backwards Release at Meridian Pint

It’s that time of year again. Time for the 2017 release of Talking Backwards, our Triple IPA collaboration with Ocelot Brewing!

2016’s version was a smashing success and we’re even more excited for this year’s batch!

Clocking in at just under 11%, this beer disguises it’s huge nature perhaps too well. A malt base of Maris Otter and Pilsner provides just enough backbone for a massive dose of Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops (around 5 pounds per barrel.) 

A combination of dextrose and a very attenuative yeast strain afford this beer a dryness and drinkability rarely seen in beers of this size.

This beer will be released on 2/1 at all three of our locations: Meridian Pint, Brookland Pint, and Smoke and Barrel.
