Old Ox Brewery Visit 6/12/14 You may not have heard of Old Ox Brewery yet, but we promise that you will. Favio Garcia, head brewer at Lost Rhino, told us about a brewery opening up right down the road called Old Ox. After a few emails back and forth with the Old Ox team, we got to check out the place for ourselves. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Favio was not exaggerating. Old Ox is literally located right down the road from Lost Rhino, nestled in a section of large industrial buildings off of Loudoun County Parkway. When we arrived, father and son team – Graham and Chris Burns, were there to welcome us into their brand new digs. Old Ox Brewery is the evolution of an eight year homebrewing hobby initiated by Graham, and eventually taken up by Chris and the rest of the Burns family.
