Patience: The Odd Timing of the Craft Beer Boom in Kansas City

If you are a craft beer drinker in Kansas City, the last four or so years have probably been great for you. The local brewing scene in Kansas City feels like it went from “zero to sixty” in an extremely short period of time, both in terms of how much great product is available, and the growth of locally made product as well.
