Avez-vous brasser de la Belgisch bier? That’s kind of a Flemish/French mishmash. But, do you brew Belgian beer? Unless you’re reading this in Ghent, the question should be Do you brew Belgian-style beer?. Any way, our friends over at Grain to Glass are having a homebrew competition of the Belgian-style categories. You’ll have to hurry; entries are due by August 16 at Grain to Glass in North Kansas City. It’ll cost you $8.00 per entry, and part of the fee benefits reStart. Registration and detailed information can be seen on the Picnique Belgique competition page. The Picnique Belgique Awards Dinner will be Friday, September 5, and one you don’t want to miss.
