Prairie Artisan Ales – Brewfist Spaghetti Western Coffee Stout – Stout Brewed With Coffee, Cacao Nibs, And Spaghetti

Hello beer lovers and welcome to another edition of the NorCal Beer Blog’s brew review.

Tonight’s featured beer is Prairie Artisan Ales – Brewfist Spaghetti Western Coffee Stout – Stout Brewed With Coffee, Cacao Nibs, And Spaghetti.

Let’s get started!

Appearance: Pours very dark brown with a tan head and lots of lacing.

Aroma: Coffee, dark chocolate, roasted malts and a light scent of smoke (or maybe ash).

Taste: Roasted coffee, roasted malts, dark, bitter and sweet chocolate flavors, vanilla and a certain ashy taste in the finish.

Overall: Smooth and drinkable, Prairie Artisan Ales – Brewfist Spaghetti Western Coffee Stout is enjoyable.  This 8.7% ABV offering something I may not pick up every time I see it, but would certainly drink one again.
