Rocket Frog Brewing Company will host an end of summer benefit centered on supporting those that protect our waterways, and ensuring a clean environment in order to enjoy the great outdoors and all its water sources. Online retailer/designer and friend of Rocket Frog, Rhinohouse Surf & Snow, donated a personalized Rocket Frog Surfboard with a simple mandate of ‘do something fun and choose a charity to donate to.’ Owners Richard and David Hartogs selected two charities: Potomac Riverkeeper Network and Surfrider Foundation-DC Chapter. Clean water is vital to breweries and we need organizations like these to champion for clean, safe, usable water and access. As long time surfers and owners of a brewery where 97% of the product is water, these causes are near and dear to Rocket Frog. The party will include the release of Rocket Frog’s first Gose (name is TBD) Multiple raffles with many special prizes. Grand Prize will be a customized surfboard.
