ON TAP: Have you had our Red Rye fall seasonal? Look for it around town and at our tap room. Beer geeks will rejoice in 90 IBUs of goodness. Fans of darker beers (and Hi-Wire faithful that joined us at our opening night at the Thirsty Monk), get excited about our upcoming seasonal – Strongman Stout! Originally dubbed a ‘café con leche’ stout – Strongman is an udderly delicious coffee milk stout, and will probably be the most delicious thing you’ll ever taste!
BARREL-AGING: Don’t forget that we have TWO brews barrel-aging as part of our new Ringmaster’s Reserve Series. Available later this winter in 750ml champagne bottles, from our tasting room and from select retailers, will be our Firebreather Belgian Strong, which we brewed in collaboration with Burial Beer. Also, at the tap room only, look out for our gin barrel-aged juniper saison – a berry special limited release.
