From an email: We are ecstatic to bring you the 10th installment in our Sour Session series next Wednesday evening, June 11th, 2014. To celebrate this milestone event, and a series that stretches back to 2011, we’re going deep into our keg vault to pour not one, but three, different Cantillon Lambics on draft!
Beginning at 4 pm, we will be showcasing Cantillon Cuvée Saint-Gilloise, a blend of two-year-old Lambics dry-hopped for 3 weeks with Styrian Goldings hops, Cantillon Iris, a blend of two-year-old, dry-hopped Lambics brewed exclusively with barley malt as well as 50% fresh hops & 50% aged hops, and the classic Cantillon Gueuze, which traditionally blends 1, 2 & 3-year-old Lambics.
To further celebrate the Sour Session series, we will be pouring over 20 additional wild brews on tap! Look out for 4 Jolly Pumpkin drafts, including the elusive Calabaza Boreal (this will be the DC debut for this Jolly Pumpkin-Anchorage collaboration ale), a rare keg of 3 Fonteinen Zwet.be Brett Por
