Stone Beer, Bourbon, and Cigar Event at Jack Rose

To celebrate National Bourbon month, Jack Rose Dining Saloon will host Master Pairings: Not your Father’s Boilermaker & Smoker event featuring limited, special release Stone beers, bourbon and cigar pairings by “Dr.” Bill Sysak, Stone Brewing Co. Craft Beer Ambassador and Certified Cicerone©. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting led by “Dr.” Bill, while also learning about the history of Stone and techniques for pairing craft beer with food, cigars, bourbon and more.

 

“Dr.” Bill Sysak is considered an industry expert when it comes to beer and food pairings and has proven expertise in selecting, acquiring and serving the perfect craft beers. At Stone, he suggests the beer, wine and food pairings for the menus at the company’s restaurants, and also coordinates and hosts many decadent events.
