The Record Store Day Brunch w/ Dogfish Head & The Flaming Lips at The Partisan

Join The Partisan and Red Apron Butcher on Saturday, April 21st, as we celebrate Record Store Day 2018 with a Dogfish Head and Flaming Lips-inspired brunch. 

On this day, we’ll pour 6 special beers from the Rehoboth Beach brewery and serve music-inspired brunch sausages from Red Apron — all while spinning our favorite Flaming Lips records. One lucky guest will even win a limited edition Dogfish Head x Crosley record player! 

Headlining the beer list is Dragons & YumYums, brewed in collaboration with The Flaming Lips for Record Store Day. This refreshingly tart pale ale is infused with dragonfruit, yumberries, passionfruit, pear juice and black carrot juice. 

Not to be outdone, our Executive Chef, and resident audiophile, Nate Anda, has created a menu of brunch sausages inspired by his favorite Flaming Lips records – such as The Soft Bulletin and Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots.
