The Science of Beer

Sci-Quest is doing a special event on June 7th from 3-7pm called Beer Quest – The Science On Tap:

“You do not want to miss this new adult-only event at Sci-Quest as we look deeper into the science of beer! Join fellow beer enthusiasts for an evening with local craft beer, carnival games, food trucks, and scientific demos exploring the wonderful world of brewing science!

Guests will not only get to taste many of their favorite local craft beers, but learn why they love them so much.

Your favorite local craft brewers will be on-site including Below the Radar Brewing Company, Rocket Republic Brewing Company, Salty Nut Brewery, Blue Pants Brewery and more, to discuss how they make their popular beers, and of course, the beer will be available for tasting. 

Check out the home brewers showcase and see how they make and bottle their own beer and visit with the guys over at Wish You Were Beer!”
