Join us Thursday, June 1st as we host our good friend Peter Bouckaert of New Belgium Brewing Company!
On this very special night, we’ll host an intimate Q&A session with the New Belgium Brewmaster. Open to the public, Bouckaert will share stories and answer questions from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in our upstairs bar. As an added treat, New Belgium will be sending out some complementary snacks from our kitchen for all in attendance!
Bouckaert will be also be signing copies of “Wood & Beer: A Brewer’s Guide,” his new book co-written with Dick Cantwell.
A true legend of craft beer, Bouckaert has served as Brewmaster of New Belgium for over two decades. Under his guidance, the Fort Collins brewery became one the pioneers of sour beer in the US. Prior to that, Bouckaert headed brewing operations at Brouwerij Rodenbach, one of the world’s most storied producers of sour ale.
In celebration of this extraordinary occasion, we’ll tap 8 exceptional beers from New Belgium, plus 2 hard-to-find brews
