Greetings, New Mexico craft beer lovers. Stoutmeister here with The Week Ahead in Beer. This column covers all the breweries in Bernalillo and Sandoval counties, with Santa Fe’s four breweries and a pair of newcomers, one down in Socorro and the other in Los Alamos, also joining the party. Stoutmeister puts on his serious face to handle The Week Ahead in Beer. It’s that time of year, when lots of breweries are celebrating various anniversaries, either for the brewery itself (like Turtle Mountain on Tuesday) or the head brewer, in the case of Blue Corn’s James Warren. To celebrate, the brewery is throwing him a little party and everyone is invited this Thursday at 6 p.m. There will be a four-course dinner, with each course paired with a special beer.
