Greetings, New Mexico craft beer lovers. Stoutmeister here with The Week Ahead in Beer. This column covers all the breweries in Bernalillo and Sandoval counties, with Santa Fe’s eight breweries, one in Los Alamos, one in Moriarty, one in Red River, one in Silver City, and one in Truth or Consequences also joining the party. We could not pick one single event to highlight this week, so why not two? First up, this Thursday the good folks at Bow & Arrow are dipping into their cellar to do a limited release of two barrel-aged mix-culture beers. There will be draft pours starting at 3 p.m. of Desert Revival Golden Sour with cherry, and With Love From New Mexico Golden Sour with Seyval Blanc Grapes. There will also be some bottles for sale, if you cannot stick around and enjoy a pour or two.
