Greetings, New Mexico craft beer lovers. Stoutmeister here with The Week Ahead in Beer. This column covers all the breweries in Bernalillo and Sandoval counties, with Santa Fe’s six breweries, one in Los Alamos, and one in Moriarty also joining the party. Stoutmeister puts on his serious face to handle The Week Ahead in Beer. One of our favorite annual events that happens during ABQ Beer Week, but is not actually an official event, is Nexus’ anniversary party. Once again, they are pulling out all the stops on both the food and beer fronts. UPDATE: Nexus sent us a correction on the dates these items will be available. They apologize for getting anyone too excited too soon. The fun will kick off with some of the new menu items available starting Friday with Breaded Chicken Chicharrones, Fried Biscuit Bread Pudding, Cinnamon Scott Waffles, NM Dirty Rice, and NM Hot Chicken.
