Greetings, New Mexico craft beer lovers. Stoutmeister here with The Week Ahead in Beer. This column covers all the breweries in Bernalillo and Sandoval counties, with Santa Fe’s four breweries and a pair of newcomers, one down in Socorro and the other in Los Alamos, also joining the party. Stoutmeister puts on his serious face to handle The Week Ahead in Beer. As more and more breweries keep opening around this wonderful state of ours, this weekly column keeps getting bigger and bigger. On average, it now has more than 5,000 words per week. In an effort to get things back under control for a bit, I am going to streamline it all to a degree. Fear not, the most important thing below — what is on tap at each brewery — will not change. Rather than go into multiple mini beer descriptions, each entry will describe one highlighted beer per edition. Most of the time it will be the newest beer on tap. Beyond that, you will now see Live Music as an entry, plus Other Events for non-musical goings … |
