The Week Ahead in Beer: Merry Beersmas to all and to all a good night

Greetings, New Mexico craft beer lovers. Stoutmeister here with The Week Ahead in Beer. This column covers all the breweries in Bernalillo and Sandoval counties, with Santa Fe’s six breweries, one in Socorro, one in Los Alamos, and one in Moriarty also joining the party.

Christmas on a weekend? Gotta admit, it has been a while since I can recall that happening. As such, our breweries have to alter their regular hours. At this point, we can confirm that everyone is closed on Christmas Day (Sunday). Most also have altered their hours for Christmas Eve (Saturday). To help out everyone in terms of getting those last minute gifts for others, or filling growlers for yourselves, here are all the times they have shared with us for Saturday:

• Boese Brothers: closed Saturday through Monday
• Bosque: all locations close at 6 p.m.
• Bow & Arrow: closing at 5 p.m., also note they will be closed Monday
