As the month of March approaches, Utah’s beer drinkers begin to look forward to what has become a new tradition in the Uinta brewhouse. The annual Birthday Suit sour beers were Uinta’s first foray into the world of sour ales. They’ve proven to be a good seller as Uinta has expanded their line to include more and more puckery beers. This latest incarnation of Birthday Suit will be a 6.5% Raspberry Ale. It will come in Uinta’s corked and caged 750ml bottles and should be available some time next month.
