There’s a very limited edition coffee pilsner on tap right now at the Bayou in Salt Lake City. The beer, made by Uinta Brewing – is an experiment using their 801 Pilsner and and an undisclosed blend of coffee from SLC’s Publik Coffee Roasters. I haven’t tried it yet, but I see it in my future this afternoon. How limited is it? Well… one keg. If this seems like a beer that will be “right up your zip code” I suggest you make haste!
