An Evening w/ Other Half & Co-Founder Matt Monahan at ChurchKey

We’ve had our eyes on this brewery for quite some time, and we couldn’t be more excited to finally pour their beers! Join us on Thursday, December 1st as we host Other Half Brewing Company of Brooklyn, NY!

On this night, ChurchKey will feature the single largest collection of Other Half beers ever poured in DC, 15 different drafts in all, alongside co-founder Matt Monahan!

Founded in 2014 by Matt Monahan and Samuel Richardson, Other Half has developed a rabid following behind their remarkable hop-forward ales. Located in Carroll Gardens, the brewery’s can releases regularly draw long lines and sell out within hours. 

Highlights from the evening’s list include Double Mosaic Dream, an Imperial IPA hopped exclusively with Mosaic; Mylar Bags, an Imperial IPA brewed with oats, wheat and five different hops; and Flowerzzz, a farmhouse ale fermented in oak foeders with elderflowers and local New York honey.
