From an email: Join us next Wednesday as spend some time with our good friends from San Diego: Ballast Point. They are bringing a few classics we know and love, as well as a fine selection of rarities and new-to-DC brews for this event!
No Ballast Point event would be complete without Sculpin IPA, and–in addition to that beautiful IPA on draft–we are pouring Habanero Sculpin for the occasion.
Be sure to check out the one-off version of Wahoo Wit brewed with Thai Chili, Lime, and Ginger, as well as Piper Down, a Scottish Ale utilizing the prized Maris Otter malt for a rich and round character; and Barmy Ale, a Strong Ale brewed with Orange Blossom Honey and Apricots. All three are debuting in DC on this night!
There is no admission fee for this event and all Ballast Point drafts will be priced individually by the glass and in 4 oz. tasting pours.
