Monks House of Ale Repute Event banner Brrvana happened last Sunday March 1 at Monks House of Ale Repute in Sioux Falls. The day was sunny and cool (luckily it wasn’t below zero). A good crowd gathered to enjoy the special beers, music was played and much fun was had! Five beer stations were scattered through and directly behind the bar. Tim Gjoraas at the tap The entrance fee covered a tasting glass and unlimited samples of almost seventy unique beers! My favorites were Zip Line Oak Aged Cabernet Porter, Fulton Insurrection Imperial IPA, Bank Into the Black and Dark Horse Double Barrel Plead the 5th. I had a good time visiting with the beer geeks, brewery representatives, distributer representatives, servers and local brewers.
