You know those epic days that start with an idea, turn into a dare and end with a great story to tell? This is the beer for those days.

Harvest Moon is a hoppy, American style brown ale. Amarillo hops provide a distinct citrusy aroma, with hints of licorice and mint.

Our good friend Jester Goldman, a real spassmacher (fun maker) and home brewer extraordinaire, brought his smoked lager recipe in and brewed with us.

A strong, pine-like hop aroma compliments a subtle roast character. Jet black in color, the flavor is dominated by hops.

Every semester, the students in the CSU Brewing Sciences class create a guest brew with us. This semester, we made a Belgian style Saison IPA, named after Prof. Jack Avens.

Brewed with Mosaic a new hop variety from Hop Union, Apex has a golden color with strawberry hues and a persistant white head.
