We use an English-style pale ale as a base beer and add a generous amount of Ohio harvested papaw for a great fruity aroma and a banana/mango-like flavor.

Loosely based on a German-style altbier, our amber ale is firmly bitter from German hops and has a crisp malt backbone with hints of dark malt flavor.

Bold and hoppy like our Dancing Ferret IPA, we ramp up the strength and throw an iron in the flavor fire by adding a portion of roasted barley to darken the color and dry the finish.

An American-style wheat beer brewed with a 50/50 blend of barley and wheat.

Plaid Ferret features a smooth malt flavor and low bitterness with hints of caramel, roast and a slightly sweet character.

Copper in color with strong bitterness and bold hop flavor and aroma of grapefruit and citrus.

This full bodied, almost black beer has chocolate, roast and coffee-like flavors.
