Anchor Big Leaf Maple Ale (American Amber Ale) by Anchor Brewing Company...

In our somewhat unusual take on the style, we add Midnight Wheat malt to give this lager its dark brown color and roasted Indio-Hispano blue corn to lighten the body and create a unique, toasty flavor.

Trippel. Similar to Belgian-style Strong Pales, this beer is often characterized by its lighter color, spicy aromatics, and complexity.

Harvest. Our Mendo Mello Estate Wet Hop Ale is brewed with 100% hand-picked Chinook and Cascade hops from our own hop fields located on our brewery grounds in Boonville, CA.

Dubbel. Inspired by the classic Belgian style, our Brother David’s Double has a dark brown body and aromas of warm cocoa, banana, and cloves.

A medley of fresh oats, rye and barley create a harmonious malt balance with a select blend of noble hops in our version of this Belgian-style farmhouse ale.

Robust. Brewed with a “heelch” (that means “a lot” in Boontling) of Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade hops, our double IPA has a palate pleasing bitterness that is artfully balanced with a full-bodied malt foundation.

Untraditional. Inspired by the classic “Bitters” from Great Britain, our Belk’s ESB is an innovative take on the style.

Our first Bahl Hornin’ beer was designed to pay tribute to our flagship beer. The recipe is actually the same as regular Boont Amber, just more of every ingredient packed into the same volume- double the hops, double the malts, and double the intensity.

Complexity. Aged for three months in Wild Turkey Bourbon barrels, this luxurious stout has a deep ebony hue and a beautiful mahogany head.
