Join us on Thursday, May 19th downstairs at Smoke and Barrel for a very special beer dinner with Manor Hill. We’ve got some pretty rare beers coming, including: Citra Splendor, Hidden Hopyard Vol. 2, and Barrel-Aged Imperial Brown Stout.
Chef Logan has come up with some creative twists on traditional tacos, including our famous “choco taco”!
Cost – $40 + $4 (tax) and $8 (gratuity) = $52 total
- Course 1: Port Cheek Taco with Roasted Squash, Cotija Chese, and a Mexican Red Sauce – Paired with Manor Hill Grisette
- Course 2: Chicken and Kimchi Taco with Smoked Pull Chicken, Apples, Kimchi, and Plum Hoisin – Paired with Manor Hill Katherine’s Kolsch
- Course 3: Smoked Pulled Pork BBQ Taco with Pulled Pork, Spicy Vinegar Slaw, Pickles, and Cheddar Cheese – Paired with Manor Hill Citra Splendor Imperial IPA
